Role Summary
As a pivotal member of the Crash Repair Team at Solera Holdings, LLC, you will report directly to the Head of Claims. This position is crucial as it marks the introduction of a sales leadership role that has not been filled for nearly two decades.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Claims and the Regional Vice President.
- Establishing, articulating, and executing the sales strategy while providing operational oversight to a team of five sales professionals to meet annual growth and new business objectives.
- Implementing both scheduled and spontaneous price adjustments.
Expected Outcomes
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Retention of existing revenue streams.
- Expansion of market penetration beyond the current subscriber base through new business initiatives.
- Enhancement of revenue per subscriber to meet annualized targets through training, value-added services, and strategic pricing adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the industry, particularly in relation to the repair and bodyshop sector.
- Proven experience in team management.
- A strong background in sales and business development.
- Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit within a well-established team.
- Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating product offerings in a sales context.
- A commitment to achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
- Experience in maintaining CRM systems to support sales activities and manage purchase orders.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following attributes are advantageous:
- Experience in selling software solutions.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications.
- Background in managing large-scale projects.
