Role Summary

As a pivotal member of the Crash Repair Team at Solera Holdings, LLC, you will report directly to the Head of Claims. This position is crucial as it marks the introduction of a sales leadership role that has not been filled for nearly two decades.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Claims and the Regional Vice President.
  • Establishing, articulating, and executing the sales strategy while providing operational oversight to a team of five sales professionals to meet annual growth and new business objectives.
  • Implementing both scheduled and spontaneous price adjustments.

Expected Outcomes

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Retention of existing revenue streams.
  • Expansion of market penetration beyond the current subscriber base through new business initiatives.
  • Enhancement of revenue per subscriber to meet annualized targets through training, value-added services, and strategic pricing adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the industry, particularly in relation to the repair and bodyshop sector.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • A strong background in sales and business development.
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit within a well-established team.
  • Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating product offerings in a sales context.
  • A commitment to achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
  • Experience in maintaining CRM systems to support sales activities and manage purchase orders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following attributes are advantageous:

  • Experience in selling software solutions.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications.
