Job Overview

  • Lead a team of Collections Officers and oversee the hiring process
  • Analyze discrepancies in the accounts receivable function and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to report on team progress and implement effective financial strategies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
