Electrical Estimator Opportunity

Harries Automation and Control, a leading provider of switchgear and automation services, is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in Llanelli. As part of our estimating team, you will be responsible for interpreting line diagrams and written specifications to create accurate quotations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the shop floor, projects team, and customers to deliver high-quality estimates
  • Utilize software packages, including AutoCad LT, to create detailed drawings and quotations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical estimating

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical estimating, with a strong understanding of electrical components and symbols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
