Estimating Specialist

Job Summary:

Vinci Energies, a leading provider of engineering design, project management, and installation services, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the UK. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in interpreting line diagrams and written specifications to create accurate quotations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the estimating team, shop floor, and projects team to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
• Utilize software packages, including AutoCad LT, to create 2D drawings and quotations.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of electrical components and symbols to accurately interpret technical specifications.
• Provide excellent customer interaction and ensure timely delivery of quotations.
• Work closely with the technical team to address complex tasks and drawings.

Requirements:

• Electrical knowledge, with a focus on LV systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCad LT.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
