- Program Delivery: Oversee the creation and execution of core, specialist, and professional development programs, ensuring they meet operational needs and enhance employee competencies.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices and innovative methodologies into our L&D programs.
- Performance Management: Design robust tracking and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and their impact on organisational performance.
- Leadership Development: Drive succession planning and talent management efforts, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
- Onboarding Excellence: Craft and continuously improve an engaging induction program that aligns new hires with our company culture and strategic goals.
- Apprenticeship Programs: Optimise the use of the Apprenticeship Levy, collaborating with training providers to set up beneficial programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing resources and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the business.
- Extensive experience leading a Learning and Development function with a proven track record of success.
- Experience of delivering training in a Contact Centre setting would be preferred.
- Qualification/Degree in Learning and Development (or comparable).
- Strong leadership skills, including managing remote teams and working closely with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding colleague experience.
- Basic salary in the region of £50,000 per annum.
- Car allowance.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to buy/sell additional days.

- Laptop/mobile phone provided.
