Document Controller - Hotel/Commercial Projects

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. This role involves managing and maintaining project documentation for hotel and commercial construction projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Control the flow of documents between internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory and project-specific requirements
  • Coordinate document revisions and distribution to relevant parties
  • Support project management and design teams with administrative duties related to documentation
  • Monitor the document lifecycle and ensure secure storage and retrieval
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry, ideally in hotel or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and systems, with experience using common construction software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
