Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Full driving license and ability to commute to Chichester or Maidstone
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
