We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in an exciting outdoor brand. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our busy tourist location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Manage store KPIs, including P&L, audit, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store budgets and resources to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in an outdoor or fashion brand
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for the outdoors and a desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial company
