Senior Technical Coordinator OR Technical Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Coordinator/Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Technical department, you will be responsible for overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants, managing project administration, and ensuring the smooth delivery of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of external consultants, including Architects and Engineers, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Administer project documentation, including design and technical matters, to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Land team to assess and appraise sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects to the required standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and infrastructure works.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to interpret and apply company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
