Role Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee a diverse array of client accounts and drive revenue through marketing initiatives across various platforms. You will take charge of the project management process, which includes the creation, planning, budgeting, execution, and assessment of all scheduled activities. This role also involves analyzing and reporting on performance after the campaigns conclude.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Oversee multi-faceted campaigns with accuracy, creativity, and enthusiasm.
  • Build and maintain essential relationships with key stakeholders within N2O and our clients, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate outcomes and provide insights for future campaigns.

Creative Direction:

  • Engage in our creative process; articulate, shape, and deliver comprehensive briefs while collaborating with creative teams - your insights will influence the development of innovative campaigns.
  • Act as a visionary and guide, leading clients through our creative landscape.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage profit margins, comprehend their influencing factors, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Understand the implications of costs on client budgets and discuss next steps with clients effectively.

Essential Qualities:

  • A passion for engaging in campaign execution and all related aspects.
  • Ability to enhance our offerings through innovation and a commitment to excellence.
  • Serve as the trusted representative of N2O, broadening our influence and reach through upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field along with project management experience.
  • Experience in Project Management or similar roles such as Account Manager or Campaign Manager, preferably within an agency context.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Expertise in campaign reporting, financial management, and advanced IT skills.
  • A confident self-starter with a dedication to excellence and creativity.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for client site visits.
  • Willingness to work some weekends and outside standard office hours.
