Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Oversee multi-faceted campaigns with accuracy, creativity, and style.
  • Build and maintain essential relationships with key stakeholders within N2O and our clients, ensuring impeccable execution and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate outcomes and provide insights for future campaigns.

Creative Leadership:

  • Engage in our creative process; develop, shape, and deliver comprehensive briefs while collaborating with creative teams - your input will influence the future of innovative campaigns.
  • Act as a visionary and guide, navigating clients through our creative landscape.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage profit margins, comprehend factors affecting them, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Understand the impact of costs on client budgets and effectively communicate next steps with clients.

Essential Qualities:

  • A genuine passion for campaign execution and all its components.
  • A drive to enhance our services through innovation and a commitment to excellence.
  • Serve as the trusted representative of N2O, expanding our influence and reach through upselling initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with project management experience.
  • Experience in Project Management or similar roles such as Account Manager or Campaign Manager, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting, financial management, and advanced IT skills.
  • A confident self-starter with a dedication to excellence and creativity.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
  • Willingness to work some weekends and outside of standard office hours.
