About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care and support are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to colleagues, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that the care home is run efficiently and effectively, meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements.
