As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for driving efficient production processes, ensuring product quality, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve maximum resource utilization and equipment efficiency, consistently delivering high-quality products.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure seamless operational flow and address any production challenges promptly.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively engaging your team in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily and weekly production targets, adapting to changing demands and prioritizing efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and environmental compliance, ensuring a secure and sustainable working environment for all.
