As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Trading Team, focusing on enhancing sales through effective management of promotional campaigns and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Trading Team to drive revenue through efficient campaign and promotion management.
- Analyze digital trading data, providing insights and highlighting significant trends.
- Assess best-selling products and stock levels in response to trading performance and upcoming promotional events to maximize online sales.
- Generate insightful reports for both internal stakeholders and external discussions.
- Prioritize tasks based on communication regarding forthcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all products have the necessary content for online launch and collaborate with teams to resolve any issues to enhance sales performance.
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions and campaign adjustments in accordance with the trading calendar.
- Enhance customer experience through daily site evaluations and data analysis, aiming for product content improvements.
- Maintain strong internal relationships to ensure a clear understanding of seasonal priorities and product launches.
- Engage in projects or undertake additional responsibilities that contribute positively to the organization.
- Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employing effective communication and management techniques.
- Actively contribute to team dynamics, representing the digital trading team positively and demonstrating a willingness to exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
- A Level education or equivalent, preferably in a business or numerically focused discipline.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to engage with various teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Capability to organize and manage personal workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
