About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Autism Practitioner to join our team at Hillingdon Manor, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and activities to support the educational needs of our students.
  • Work closely with our teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and support.
  • Provide individualized support to students with autism, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for our students.
