Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize core customer operations processes, including sales performance management and data issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reporting issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain forecast models and methodologies to support business growth and revenue objectives
  • Equip Customer Advisers with the tools and knowledge needed to evaluate their team's performance and drive business results
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
