Position Overview
Role Summary:
We are in search of a committed and empathetic Educational Support Assistant to work within our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).

This position is essential in aiding students who face Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as those displaying difficult behaviors.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with educators to ensure that every student receives the tailored support they require to thrive academically and socially.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and behavior.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support student development.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a background in education or related fields, demonstrating a passion for helping students succeed. Experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly valued.
