Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and recording business insights to support and optimize the development of business processes and projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our global team to analyze and develop business insights, identifying opportunities for process improvement and project optimization.
- Build relationships with external teams to facilitate integration into current projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Conduct research on global market trends and processes, comparing differences and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data conversion, quality, and coverage, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
- Prepare training materials for stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects align with business requirements, providing updates and risk assessments as needed.
- Make recommendations, proposals, and methods to the team, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a business analyst, with a background in commodities and supply chain or trade experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to write reports and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- IT literacy and ability to travel 40% of the time.
Working Arrangements
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- In-person work location.
