Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team at a highly successful food manufacturer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Plan and prioritize project workloads, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Develop and implement best practices in project management, including regular reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
