Career Opportunity: Graduate or Site Engineer

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate or Site Engineer to join our Northern region team in Derby. As a dynamic and innovative company, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing the construction process, communicating with site foremen and subcontractors, and managing site activities to ensure conformance to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering the project and ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage site activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings to inform project decisions.

Requirements:

  • BEng/MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in a site engineering role.
  • CSCS card in the appropriate discipline.
  • SSSTS card and ICE membership.
  • Good understanding of ITPs and quality assurance processes.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Northern Region.
