About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in White City. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, leading sales teams, and driving store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
