Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to drive income growth and achieve fundraising targets.
- Identify, engage, and steward key corporate partners to secure significant funding and support for Gympanzees' mission.
- Lead a small team of fundraising professionals to maximize their fundraising efforts and achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring excellent customer service and delivering on commitments.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and the Board of Trustees.
- Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or a related field, with a strong track record of securing significant funding and support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate sector, including CSR and ESG strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM databases and other fundraising software.
