Digital Event Coordinator

French Selection UK is seeking a skilled Digital Event Planner to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement event strategies, including marketing campaigns and logistics planning.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful event execution.
- Coordinate with speakers, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure event environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events and engage attendees.
- Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the international events sector.
