Job Description

At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop a recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier talent.
  • Lead Recruitment Team: Directly manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment best practices.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to ensure alignment with our recruitment strategy.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition function and regularly report on recruitment metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the global employer brand team to promote SGS as an employer of choice and enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A proven track record of success in a 360 recruitment position, including team management and recruitment expertise in multiple industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
