HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are partnering with Morris & Spottiswood to find a talented HR Business Partner to join their team in Glasgow or Almondvale.

Morris & Spottiswood is a leading provider of fitout, refurbishment, M&E, facilities management, and construction services in the UK. As a family firm, they pride themselves on excellence, responsibility, and valuing their staff and customers.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, providing generalist HR advice and support to the Company's internal divisions, as well as driving HR projects across the wider business in support of the Group's People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all day-to-day HR activities.
  • Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, and managers to fully understand HR needs and create targeted people support strategies.
  • Provide excellent level of advice, guidance, and support to employees and managers across the full range of ER disciplines.
  • Upskilling managers across your group in relation to policies and procedures.
  • Lead the design and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the Group's People Plan.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and busy HR team.
  • Experience leading on HR projects (including transformation projects).
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
  • A resilient personality and the ability to communicate at all levels in the business.
