About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources at The Workplace Consultancy. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a clear and concise HR strategy, ensuring efficient and effective systems and processes for the business
  • Monitor, review and update company policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with current legislation
  • Manage HR training and development of all employees, including leadership development and succession planning
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement a benefits program that attracts and retains top talent
  • Review and manage onboarding processes for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a workplace diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team as the company grows
Requirements
  • Successful track record managing HR for a business or organization
  • 3+ years experience as a minimum
  • CIPD qualified (level 5)
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing others
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and workplace diversity
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
