Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources for Lka People Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take ownership of a critical function within the business, working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement a strategic HR vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain a Clear HR Strategy: Ensure efficient and effective HR systems and processes are in place to support the company's goals.
  • Monitor and Update Company Policies: Review and update company policies and procedures in line with current legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage HR Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the recruitment process, working closely with senior management to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee Benefits and Onboarding: Manage the company's benefits program and enhance onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Serve as a Mental Health Support Officer: Provide support and resources to employees to promote mental well-being.
  • Organize Team Events: Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR Reports and Guidance: Analyze data and provide expert guidance to senior management to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record in HR management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing others.
  • HR Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law: Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • HR Systems Experience: Experience in implementing and developing HR systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
