We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Londonderry. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation.
- Maintain a high level of support to meet the service needs.
- Work variable shifts, including sleep-in duties, Monday-Sunday.
- Develop and maintain community links, accessing leisure pursuits to support independent living and life skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.10.
