Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree: not required; we value practical experience over theoretical knowledge.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a global or group COO role across a minimum of two different organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, payment processing, banking, and developing scalable operations across multiple regions.
  • Proven execution expertise with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
