- Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive team, and other stakeholders to align operational strategies with overarching business goals.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and board regarding operational achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree: not required; we value practical experience over theoretical knowledge.
- At least 10 years of experience in a global or group COO role across a minimum of two different organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, payment processing, banking, and developing scalable operations across multiple regions.
- Proven execution expertise with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
