Children's Nursery Team Lead

Job Summary:
Bright Horizons Family Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months – 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement engaging learning environments that provide consistent stimulation and activities for children.
- Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help children develop and meet their individual milestones.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognized UK/overseas childcare qualification, preferably a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar.
- Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
- Be able to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Already hold a Skilled Worker visa and be working in the UK.
