Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Delivery Agent to join our team at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and collect vehicles from various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, and accurately documenting findings in accordance with Thrifty's management processes.
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stages, ensuring all vehicles meet our high standards.
  • Accurately and clearly complete fuel sheets, maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage.
  • Clean vehicles thoroughly to meet company standards and customer requirements, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Undertake security checks and verify rental documentation as required, ensuring the integrity of our rental process.
  • Complete any necessary paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Comply with all Thrifty vehicle procedures, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate accurately and appropriately, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.
  • Dress according to company uniform standards, maintaining a clean and smart appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Holds a full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Demonstrates careful and considerate driving behaviour, ensuring the safety of passengers, vehicles, and other road users.
  • Exhibits a flexible approach to working hours, rotas, and locations.
  • Has an eye for detail, particularly when conducting vehicle inspections and documenting any damage.
  • Ensures thoroughness in vehicle safety checks, cleanliness, and maintenance.
