About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Member Engagement Officer to deliver exceptional service to our diverse range of member committees and groups.

The successful candidate will take a lead on formalising operations, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and legislation, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in service provision.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders, including Trustees, committee and group Chairs, and staff across the institution.

As a key contributor to achieving IChemE's strategic goal of supporting a vibrant and thriving profession, the successful candidate will provide the highest quality of professionalism and service delivery.

About the Team

The Member Engagement Officer will work seamlessly with other teams across the institution, with our member groups and committees, and with external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service delivery and standards.
