About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Industry professional to lead our industry operational change team. As the Head of Industry Change, you will be responsible for ensuring our end-to-end industry operations are fully compliant with the latest industry and systems processes.

About You
  • Have detailed knowledge of the Energy industry, including balancing and settlements systems, Industry systems, DTC/DTN and supporting products.
  • 2+ years of Programme/Project Management experience, such as Prince 2 or similar.
  • Proven experience in leadership, industry operations, and collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident and experienced people leader, with a record of accomplishment of leading/motivating teams.
