About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Analyst to join our Change and Transformation team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and delivering our internal transformation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, and technical teams, to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that address identified business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate Meetings and Workshops: Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Conduct Impact Assessments: Evaluate proposed changes and ensure minimal disruption to existing business processes.
  • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Ensure that finished products are handed over, signed off, and embedded with Business as Usual (BAU).
About You
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with experience of process mapping and root cause analysis of issues.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Business Analysis Tools: Proficient in using business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Business Analysis Software: Proficiency in using business analysis software, project management tools, and productivity applications.
  • Industry-Standard Frameworks: Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks and Lean methodologies is desirable.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
