Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in London Secondary Schools. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across London, gaining exposure to different educational settings and student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required.
