Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mentorship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our pupils to develop their emotional regulation skills, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized wellbeing plans for each pupil, focusing on Zones of Regulation techniques
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to pupils, helping them build confidence and self-awareness
  • Collaborate with our teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to pupil support
  • Contribute to the development of our school's wellbeing policies and procedures
