The Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring manager to lead our team and develop innovative strategies to plan activities and create life opportunities for every young person, taking into account each individual's needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person
• Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure young people access necessary therapy and education services
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
