About the Role
Care at Home Schedulers play a vital part in ensuring the efficient deployment of Care at Home workers.
As a key point of contact for Care at Home workers, you will be customer-focused and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

The Ideal Candidate
- Should possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills, and be willing to undergo in-house training.
- Be able to problem-solve and respond sensitively and flexibly to practical situations.
- Have experience with IT systems and excellent all-round computer knowledge, with an understanding of service provision in a Community Care environment.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- The Care at Home scheduling team operates 365 days a year.
- New full-time and part-time staff will undergo training from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
