Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Help clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with other care team members to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team
