About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.20-£15.82, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • 6 months' experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
