About the Role
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team in Liskeard. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and providing clinical management to a defined caseload within the Trust's Mental Health Service.
Main Responsibilities
