Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our database.
  • Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
