Job Description:

**About the Role:**

Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales Operations to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing key corporate clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our corporate sales team and require a strategic thinker to develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement a Strategic Sales Plan: Create and execute a sales strategy to achieve corporate sales targets and expand our market share.
  2. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Lead a team of sales professionals, manage high-value accounts, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to position our products and services as solutions of choice.
  3. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
  4. Manage Key Accounts: Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies as needed.
  6. Prepare and Present Sales Reports: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Corporate Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role ideally within a retail or FMCG business.
  2. Strong Track Record: Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a corporate sales environment.
  3. Excellent Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  4. Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate sales landscape.
  6. Relevant Qualification: Relevant degree or professional qualification in sales, business, or related field is preferred.
