SEN Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a successful and vibrant SEN School in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teacher who is looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be teaching a mixed KS1 class with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties. The class consists of 6 pupils who are all working at P levels, and experience of the EYFS curriculum would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a mixed KS1 class with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of pupils with varying learning abilities
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and track pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support pupils
Requirements

We are looking for a Teacher who has a proven track record of working in an SEN environment, ideally with experience of teaching pupils with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties. A can-do attitude and a passion for SEN are essential for this role.
