Compensation Package:

The starting salary is £23,000, with a guaranteed percentage bonus and an annual cost of living allowance of £1,000, totaling £26,300.

Additionally, the role includes a commission structure that can yield up to £3,000, along with a potential £500 bonus for meeting territory targets.

The overall compensation package ranges from £30,000 to £32,000 OTE.
