The Role of the Sales Manager
- The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to drive sales growth and revenue expansion across the ENT portfolio.
- ENT - selling to surgeons, speech and language therapists, and clinical staff with a high level of patient interaction.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- The area of responsibility covers South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

The Ideal Candidate for the Sales Manager
- We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in NeuroSpine/ENT surgical sales.
- Alternatively, we will consider a theatre sales background with a proven track record of success.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability and a strong work ethic.
- A mix of clinical and commercial experience is preferred, but more weighted towards theatre sales.
- The successful candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic, and skilled relationship builder.
