About the Role

As a Clinical Forensic Psychologist at Cygnet, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological assessments and therapy to individuals and groups. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing care plans and providing training and supervision to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide training and supervision to colleagues and consultation to teams
  • Evaluate the service and contribute to its development and clinical research
  • Disseminate outcomes through conference presentations and publications
Requirements

We are seeking a HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting. You will have a passion for working with people with complex mental health needs and be capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical and verbal aggression, and drug and alcohol problems.
