As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business's financial integrity, collaborating with senior management to establish effective processes, and preparing company accounts and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial processes to ensure account accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts to provide timely financial insights for review and analysis.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing necessary financial data and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver precise and detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and accounting regulations.
  • Supervise financial control activities, including account maintenance and report generation.
  • Manage tax preparation tasks, including VAT, and prepare annual financial accounts, coordinating with external accountants for submission.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of accountancy principles and practical experience utilizing Sage software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Property sector (desirable but not essential).
