Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team at Richmond Capital. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Relevant years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, with a strong background in managing both commercial and residential projects.
  • Skills: Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
