**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at The One Group. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
  • Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including stock/inventory control, purchasing, kitting, and fulfillment.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and process skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days.
